In Double Spar, Anthony Cudahy juxtaposes two views of a mountain landscape that mirror each other. With fine detailing in pencil, Cudahy illustrates differing horizons in light and darkness. This work was included in a group zine exploring the theme of Icelandic spar and its quality of double refraction, in which objects viewed through the crystal appear as doubles. The zine features the work of Slow Youth, an artist collective that explores diverse methods of creating artwork within the zine format.
