Dan Graham has worked in numerous mediums spanning his five decade career, including writing, photography, video, installation, and architecture. The combination of these last two forms has led to a series of glass and steel pavilions which have exhibited internationally since the late 1970s. These sketches and renderings here reveal the artist’s initial concepts and workings. Graham’s most recent pavilion was installed on the roof of the Metropolitan Museum in April, 2014.
